In the large, completely fenced garden there are various corners for relaxing, reading or entertaining yourself. Small but precious spaces in the olive grove or in the little wood, where you can comfortably enjoy a bottle of wine, or eat outside on summer evenings. The private swimming pool (size mt. 14x6, depth mt. 1,00-2,40 - open from 01st May to 30th September) is finished off with a refreshing waterfall that will be fun for your children, and also has bathrooms and changing rooms available. The property is part of a large and renowned farming estate producing an excellent Brunello wine. Access via dirt road (1km).
