Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement, très bien situé, dans un village parfait comme base de départ pour visiter les cinq terres. Cette petite maison contient tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour à 4 personnes maxi. Le chauffage du réz de chaussée est un poële à bois un peu ancien, plutôt difficile à allumer. Aux étages, chaque chambre est équipée d'une climatisation réversible. Le lieu de parking est un peu éloigné de l'hébergement (5 minutes à pied) et il faut donc porter les bagages : à déconseiller donc aux personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher. AUtre point négatif : la maison est située au pied d'un clocher qui sonne les heures et le demi-heures, même la nuit. Pour notre part nous avons malgré tout apprécié cet hébergement et l'accueil qui nous a été réservé.

Excellent Villa Review Rating DetailsA very wonderful authentic place, beautifully situated with views in every direction. The house is charming with lots of room to both be together or withdraw privately. 6 separate rooms (2x3 ppl, 3x2 ppl (maybe more) and 1x1 person) plus 1 large dbl room (or 3?) on first floor with semi-open connection with ground floor. Two kitchens. Piano and pool. Lots of beautiful bathrooms so most rooms are more or less equally attractive.
The pool is wonderful but not heated which probably doesn't matter in the summertime. Would love to come back.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Excellent Villa Review Rating DetailsSpectacular villa with beautiful views and wonderful management to service all of your needs. It is deep set in the countryside so you must have good transportation to get to all of the Tuscan must sees, but it was a pleasure to spend the week here!

La maison est agréable, le cadre magnifique, située au calme mais à proximité des restaurants et commerces.
Merci à Luzineiva et Stefano pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
Un lieu idéal pour profiter du calme et de la nature, partir à la découverte de l'architecture (Assisi étant à moins d'une heure)

Es hat uns sehr gut im Torre gefallen. die Hauptattraktion war, dass wir mitten in Castiglione lebten und vom quirrligen Leben der Einheimischen einiges mitbekammen. Die Treppen sind für einen Gehbehinderten eine Herausforderung. Mein Mann hat sie geschafft. Störend war ab und an das dauerhafte Hundegebell in der nacht und eine Stimme, die Nacht für Nacht Poems über ein Megaphon Poems rezidierte. Die Sprache, aber auch der Grund für die nächtliche , kurzzeitige Belästigung, waren unverständlich. Ansonsten würde ich jederzeit wieder Ferien im Torre verbringen. Clara von der Agenzia war uns sehr behilflich bei der Lösung des Problems "Schlüssel" (Vielen Dank an Clara). Vermisst haben wir eine einfache Ausstattung an sommermöbeln: Liegestuhl, .....

Excellent Villa Review Rating DetailsWe enjoyed every aspect of the apartment. The owners were very helpful in locating a pair of crutches after my wife twisted her ankle in Cortona. We chose to park on the street instead of the driveway only because we were going in and out so often. The patio has a wonderful view of the vineyards that grow right down to the town. Full kitchen meant we could shop at the local supermarket and make some meals in house. I would recommend this place highly for the easy access to both Florence and the Chianti region and beyond. The Viciani family are perfect hosts.
