The outdoor areas surrounding the annexes provide additional living and relaxation spaces for guests. The panoramic swimming pool, non-heated, is positioned on an upper terrace approximately 200 meters from the farmhouse and is reached via a stone-paved path through the grounds. Rectangular in shape with 1 infinity edge, it measures 5.5 x 13 meters with a constant depth of 1.5 meters. The pool is PVC-lined, accessed via corner steps, and purified using a chlorine system. It is partially fenced and features a gated entrance for safety. The surrounding sun deck is paved in terracotta and furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The swimming pool, which is non-heated, measures 7 x 15 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres and is lined with ceramic tiles. Access to the water is via ladder or Roman steps, and the pool is equipped with a chlorine purification system. It is situated on the same level as the main house, just 15 metres away, and is easily accessible from both the house and the annexes thanks to the flat terrain and the complete absence of steps. Pretty lanterns are arranged around the pool and the parking area to ensure adequate lighting during the evening hours. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October. The surrounding solarium area is paved in terracotta and covered in lawn in the remaining sections, and is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, and tables. The well-tended garden, enlivened by abundant blooms and expansive grassy areas, has been thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both convivial gatherings and moments of quiet, private relaxation. 2 dedicated alfresco dining areas serve as the perfect settings for outdoor meals: the portico in front of the main villa, which connects directly to the kitchen, and the pergola equipped with a table and chairs, situated between the villa and the annex. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden's grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
At the heart of the outdoor area lies the large rectangular swimming pool, positioned in a secluded and panoramic setting approximately 30 metres from the villa. The pool is non-heated and is lined in PVC with a stone border, measuring 9 x 18 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.5 metres. It features a ladder for water access, internal lighting, and an oxygen purification system. A cold-water shower is also available poolside. The pool is surrounded by a generous terracotta-paved surface and lawn, furnished with sunbeds and a gazebo, creating an inviting space for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the left toward the laundry room and to the right, through a hallway with a guest bathroom, into a large living room that opens onto the garden through numerous French windows and is organized with both sitting and dining areas. From the living room, a few steps lead down to the kitchen with pantry, which offers direct access to the portico. The first floor is reached via a stone staircase from the entrance hall and features a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with tub, as well as a spacious sitting room with fireplace. This sitting room connects to a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms with tub. Along the corridor, there are a further 3 twin bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a shared bathroom with tub. The top floor, accessed via the final flight of stairs, contains a panoramic living space with a table tennis table and the second sleeping area, which consists of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom served by 5 bathrooms, 4 with tub and 1 with shower. Please note that 5 twin rooms throughout the villa have joinable beds available on request.
The annex is located approximately 10 metres from the main villa and comprises 2 floors that are not internally connected. The ground floor features a double bedroom with a divisible bed and a bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessible via an external staircase on the side of the building, offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a small sitting room.
