A sunny deck wraps around the swimming pool and connects seamlessly to a veranda furnished with sofas and a table football, offering a shaded retreat during warm summer days. A shower bathroom is also accessible from this area. The solarium, elegantly appointed with sunbeds, extends via marble stairs up to the top floor terrace, where the whirlpool tub, measuring 6 square metres with a depth of 1.40 metres, is surrounded by sofas and coffee tables. It is important to note that the whirlpool tub is not heated. An internal marble staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, which can also be reached via external stairs running alongside the pool up to the first-floor terrace. Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.
The villa is surrounded by ancient olive groves and vineyards. It is also an historic area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth. Although it might seem like an isolated area, the village center is only 2km away, where it is possible to find a minimarket and a supermarket at 3km.

The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The Italian style garden is partly in grass and partly in pebble stones. The villa's façade is dominated by a palm tree.

Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany.
