Photo Description

The eyes of this depiction of Christ were the focal point in this giant cathedral. Their gaze followed you wherever you stood. It was especially captivating as it was towards the end of the day and the setting sun lit up the the gold tiles in this Norman-Sicilian mosaic created by William II.
