This property nestling deep among vineyards and olive groves is very large and offer nicely furnished rustic interiors. The villa is part of a farming estate producing wine and olive oil and offering an ideal terrain for beautiful walks in close contact with the Tuscan landscape.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes .
On the property live a couple of helpful keyholders.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The two apartments are not adjoining, each one has an independent entrance. The apartments are rented exclusively together, not separately.
The ground floor of the villa is with no steps at the entrance, and you can get very close to the main door with your car.
Clients on a wheel-chair should consider that arriving to the pool area is not possible on their device anyway, because of the downhill route.
In spite of this, the pool area is accessible by car, through a specific route.The owners live in a house next to the villa, however this house is totally separate from the rental villa, with its own independent entrance, so maximum privacy is guaranteed for guests. Villa Popiglio
