Holiday home Villa Ardene is a beautiful stone building that includes air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Villa Ardene is located 3 km (2 mi) from Montepulciano, Italy and only 34 km (21 mi) from Cortona in the tourist area "Orcia Valley". In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 13 km (8 mi) from the property where you can purchase your groceries and essentials.

The property consists of two separate buildings, not connected, each one offering several apartments and bedrooms with bathrooms. A communal dining-room with kitchen is available, accessible only from the outside and not connected with the rest of the property from the inside.

There is moreover a lower-ground floor communal living area with sofas, fireplace and TV; also this room is accessed separately from the outside and does not communicate internally with the rest of the property.

Montepulciano can be reached on foot by the villa if you like walking.

It is part of a working farm, the owners breed animals and grow fruit trees and vegetables. Some cats and dogs are present on site.

Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, visiting museums, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. A real time-saver is having a washing machine on-site that is available for the guests to use. Also available outdoors are a barbecue grill and patio. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 14 people.
