Vacation rental Poggio Cuculo is a lovely property (750 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and private pool. The property can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with six bathrooms. Poggio Cuculo is located in Patrignone, Italy and only 8 km (5 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings". In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 3 km (2 mi) from the property where you can purchase your groceries and essentials.

When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. It's very convenient to have a washing machine on the property that is available for your laundry needs. Also available outside are a tennis court and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

Dogs are allowed and two large fenced areas (each of 40 sq mt) are available on the property, outside under the pine trees. Maximum 6 dogs allowed. Please note: Dogs are NOT allowed into the villa.

Please note: Midweek cleanings are included in the price for a total of 9 weekly hours divided over three days (Monday, Tuesday and Friday).
Please note: The groundskeeper and his wife live in a small property inside the park and totally separated from the main villa. The housekeeper takes daily care of the garden and of the security, the wife takes care of the cleaning.
