Fattoria Di Quercia Al Poggio, among other amenities, includes also shared pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet.
Alba Proneta 2 (100sq m) is a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can accommodate up to five guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Idyllic location within the beautiful area surrounding Barberino Val D'elsa. This is foremostly a working farm (winery and olive growing - all organic), and visitors should set their expectations in line with this. Quercia Al Poggio isn't a 5 star spa resort, where services are provided for your every need, but it is a more than adequate facility where you can relax and be away from it all. Downsides - quite a long rocky driveway, no air con in the rental areas, and no wifi in Proneta. Upsides - there are plenty. Tucked away, peace and quiet. Very helpful ladies in the office, who will bend over backwards to advise and assist where they can. If you really want to get away from it all, and aren't so bothered about 5 star comforts and the material world, then this is a great place to stay.
