Event Fee to be paid one month before the event (to the owner), refundable in case of cancellation of the event, for 2026 and 2027 season:

The fee includes:
the rent of the common areas where the wedding will take place, use of a non industrial kitchen for the catering, extra use of electricity and water, final cleanings, the owners presence for the day of the ceremony and an indoor space in case of bad weather for a maximum of 70 people.

For stays of 3 nights with arrival and/or departure of all apartments on Sunday, a surcharge of 10% of the total cost of the apartments will be applied.
It is mandatory the use of the wines of Quercia al Poggio of your choice, between Rosso di Toscana IGT Ciliegiolo, Chianti Classico Docg, Chianti Classico Riserva Docg, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Docg, Rosé Wine, White Wine and Classic Method Sparkling wine throughout the dinners of all the events during the stay. For the wedding dinner the staff will count the bottles chosen by the couple which will be actually used. For all the other events (pizza party, bbq ecc.), provided by an external supplier which is not the one the venue usually works with, the staff requires that the cost of their wines is included in the catering final quotation. These conditions are mandatory for the confirmation of the booking.
