Situated in an excellent position, it consists of three recently renovated farmhouses set in the heart of Tuscan fields within an estate of 250 hectares farmhouse, 2 storeys, renovated in 2013, surrounded by fields. 20 km from the centre of Volterra, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: property 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool (16 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, 08.04.-31.10.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, whirlpool, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Private: natural garden 30 m2. In the house: washing machine (extra). Motor access (via unmade road).
