Beautiful villa with private swimming pool just 2km from Porto Santo Stefano, on the Monte Argentario headland - an area is famous for the beauty of the sea and located close to the Maremma zone.
The villa is in a beautiful location with panoramic views of the sea, from the garden there is a view of Giglio island and on very clear days it is even possible to see the islands of Montecristo, Elba and Corsica.
The nearby port of Santo Stefano offers ferry crossings to Giglio and Giannutri. Argentario has many rocky coves that can be reached on foot or by boat while the most well-loved sandy beach is known as Spiaggia della Feniglia (Feniglia beach) and it is roughly 13km from the villa.
Inside, the villa is very comfortable and contains a large living area from which guests can admire the sea. Outside a large garden includes a beautiful furnished area perfect for dining, along with a fantastic enclosed swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
Behind the house there is a small independent apartment which is occasionally occupied by the property owner.

This flat is situated in a recently renovated villa around 500m from the centre of Porto S. Stefano. Independent, with its own separate entrance, it is is tastefully furnished in comfortable furniture and neutral tones, with pops of colour throughout. The brightest colours, however, are outside, where a sunny terrace with bright orange terracotta tiles is set against the endless blue skies, clear sea and lush green surroundings. This terrace makes the most of the amazing view right over the water and is a perfect place for al fresco dining with a sea breeze.

The colourful fishing town of Porto Santo Stefano in Monte Argentario is a beautiful sight to behold on your vacation to Southern Tuscany. Porto Santo Stefano was an unfortunate frequent target of attack from menacing pirates until the Spaniards seized control of Monte Argentario and fortified it.

Military structures dot the hills and rugged coastline around the town where the keen eyes of trained lookouts spotted trouble from long distances and could effectively alert and protect the town from danger.

Beautiful location and lovely traditional villa. Kirsten the host was very helpful without interfering. We had a few issues with water shortage and I would say a bed change/clean after week one would have been a nice inclusion. The facilities are good but not luxurious which is what you would expect from a more traditional villa. Overall minor issues during what was a lovely holiday. Many thanks.

Spectacular setting , lovely house . Some plumbing issues and one bedroom without air conditioning and very old mattresses .
Easy Rental was a delight to deal with , A+ rental company . The parking sharing was not ideal and should be looked into. The owner is very friendly and accessible . We would love to rent it again if some issues addressed are fixed .
