Cosy 2-family house "Casa Clizia". In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Montaione, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, 55 km from the centre of Pisa, in a sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, 09.05.-03.10.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Roofed, parking at the house. Shop 3 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Castelfiorentino" 12 km. Golf course 9 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 200 m. Casa Clizia is situated on the edge of the small village of Mura. Spectacular, panoramic views as far as the peaks of the Apennines. The large, tastefully furnished apartment situated on the ground floor has a private access. Casa stupenda. Pulita, con ampie stanze, lavanderia con lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Barbecue. Piscina bellissima e grandi spazi esterni. Ottima soluzione per una vacanza sia di relax che di cultura. Città e borghi comodi da raggiungere. Ottimo ristorante vicino a casa e altri nelle vicinanze. Supermercato a 3 minuti di macchina. Proprietari gentili e cordiali. Consigliatissimo.

We hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad in Casa Clizia. Alles was goed geregeld vanaf de boeking tot de laatste dag. Eigenaren super lief. Privacy genoeg!!
Omgeving adembenemende. Dichtbij Montaione veel leuke dorpjes vol met geschiedenis en architectuur. Tip als je in de zomer boekt: neem genoeg deet mee, er zijn veel muggen en geen horren.
We gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Environment breathtaking. Close to Montaione many nice villages full of history and architecture. If you book in the summer: bring enough repellent, there are many mosquitoes and no mosquito nets.
We will definitely go back again.

This property should not be advertised as a villa. It is an apartment with four bedrooms. Only one set of windows look out at the countryside.. There is no lounging area. One must sit at the kitchen table to read or converse. There are virtually no supplies. The renter must furnish everything including salt and pepper and toilet paper.The Wi-Fi is available only in the back bedroom.The electricity went off twice because of a circuit-breaker problem.
The owners tried to have it fixed after the first time, but it failed again.The owners are very nice, but speak very little English.
If one wants a convenient place for travel, it is well situated to visit the countryside. It is not a place where one would want to "hang out."
