Situated in panoramic position over the Arno valley, 500 m above sea level, between Florence and Arezzo: I Camini is named after the big stone fireplace in its living room and to the one in the kitchen. Ideal position for relaxing or walking holidays. Carefully renovated with attention to the original characteristic of a Tuscan farmhouse. The building dates back to the 14th century and it was property of the Frati Camaldolesi and the Spedale degli Innocenti. It is the only one that has been renovated together with a part on the back which is seldom used. There is no heating in the house. Farmhouse "I Camini", 500 m a.s.l.. 4 km from the centre of Castelfranco di Sopra, 32 km from the centre of Arezzo, 32 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property, garden, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (3 x 2 m, depth 70 cm, 25.04.-24.10.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: washing machine. I Camini Castelfranco di Sopra is a wonderful villa with views that take your breath away. The internal layout lends to having private areas if required but the living area is very good for communal entertainment. The evening view over the valley and to the West would be spoiled without a glass of the local wine, both are very good for the heart. We really enjoyed our experience. Thank you.
