Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und wir wussten vorher, dass es ein älteres Objekt ist. Eigentlich kein Problem. Wir mussten aber am Tag der Anreise einmal komplett saubermachen, neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche kaufen. Wir empfehlen der Besitzerin folgende Maßnahmen, um eine deutliche Verbesserung zu erreichen:
1x komplett richtig säubern und auf Zuverlässigkeit der Reinigungskraft achten
1x neue und komplett einheitliche Küchenausstattung für mindestens 4 Personen (Teller, Tassen etc.), alte Gegenstände der Küche, Putzlappen andere alte Sachen nicht im Haus lassen
Sonstige Ausstattung der Küche etwas aufwerten - Toaster, Kaffeemaschine usw.
Bad - Dusche richtig reinigen, Spülung in Ordnung bringen und keine alten Seifenstücken. Handtücher eher farbige Handtücher verwenden (weiß sieht schnell schlecht aus), alle zwei drei Jahre mal in neue Handtücher investieren.
Couch in Wohnzimmer erneuern.
Diese Maßnahmen sind nicht teuer und werten alles stark auf!
