Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a room containing 1 single bed and 1 double bed, also with an ensuite shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped and opens onto a terrace, while a separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the first floor of the main house, there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which includes an ensuite shower, bidet, and WC, along with 1 twin bedroom and a separate shower, bidet, and WC shared between the remaining rooms.

The annexe covers approximately 130m² and is situated approximately 20 metres from the main house, with no internal connecting door between the 2 properties.
