Marin is located in the centre of Lucca, Italy and only 21 km (13 mi) from Pisa. Marin is a lovely holiday home (110 sq m) with WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to seven people comfortably. When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, sightseeing, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a playground and barbecue grill. There is a kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to seven people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished terrace where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
Marin is an end-of-terrace house, attached only on one side, free on 3 sides. The grounds border to lawns and trees, which guarantee privacy to its guests. The garden (of about 440 sqm) is completely fenced
The villa is located on an ideal spot – guest may reach on foot or by bicycle shopping possibilities, as also the beautiful city centre of Lucca.
