Description
Terrazza e Libreria is a nice stone building that has a total of two separate apartments that is conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Monte Benichi, Italy in the tourist area "Siena And Surroundings" and only 32 km (20 mi) from Siena. Terrazza e Libreria, among other amenities, includes also pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Terrazza (80sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to four people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people.
The main entrance to the unit is on floor 1.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking. Cancellation of a booking, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
