Private outdoor area equipped with table, chairs, barbeque and sun-umbrella. Private swimming pool (built in earth 9 x 4m, deep: 1.40m) which disposes of a gazebo, deckchairs, tables, sun-umbrellas, external shower and magnificent views onto the valley. Guests will spend here a relaxing holiday, will enjoy the outdoor life on a special spot.

Pescia is a charming, if lesser-known, city in the province of Pistoia, in Tuscany. It is thought to have had Lombard origins and the name is a Lombard word that means “river”, which makes sense as the town is located on the banks of a river by the same name.

For centuries, it was famous as a producer of fine silk and flourished under the profitable trade. However, this came to an end in the nineteenth century when commercial conflict with France, during the rule of Napoleon, destroyed the local silk trade. Thereafter, the city was in need of an alternative economic source of livelihood and the production of flowers and olive oil took over.

Visit the bustling town of Pescia in Pistoia Province which is situated along the banks of the River Pescia. This area is well known for its flower and olive tree cultivation which adds lots of colour and tranquillity to the scenery here.

This wonderful property is located on an estate of about 10 hectares with a garden, orchard and forest on the property.

The property sleeps up to 24 people in 12 bedrooms and if has a fantastic swimming pool, teble tennis, terrace and various other amenities.

The town of Montecatini is less the 2km distance away and it is known well for its thermal spas. There are also various shops, cinemas, restaurantes, horse riding, golf and more nearby this wonderful property.
