The open kitchen with a dining table, open-hearth fireplace, and modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, freezer, and electric coffee machine is perfect for cooking up a storm. There's also a shower/WC on this level.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. The first bedroom has two single beds while the second bedroom has a French bed (160 cm). The kitchen/living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, and electric coffee machine, as well as a double sofa bed. There's also a shower/WC on this level.

The house is equipped with gas heating, and there's a 30 m2 terrace and a 40 m2 roofed terrace, both with terrace furniture and a portable barbecue. The box-room and garden complete the outdoor space. The house also features modern amenities such as a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and baby cot.

Please note that the house has a private entrance, and only one pet/dog is allowed. Internet connection is available through WiFi, and it's free of charge.
