Also on this level is 1 bedroom equipped with a double bed measuring 160 cm, along with a private shower and WC and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully appointed with modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dedicated dining table. An additional separate shower and WC is also available on this level.

The upper level hosts 3 further bedrooms, all air-conditioned. The first room features 2 single beds, while the second is fitted with a double bed of 160 cm and includes a private shower and WC.
