The well-equipped open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and a wood-burning stove. A shower/WC is also located on this floor. Direct access to the covered terrace is available from the kitchen.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, with direct access to the terrace. A further room on this level contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm and a double bed. The kitchen on this floor is equipped with 4 induction hot plates and a freezer. The bathroom on this level includes a shower, a bidet, and a WC. Natural stone floors add a distinctive character to the ambiance throughout the upper floor.
