On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, both fitted with air conditioning. 1 bedroom features a double bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom offers a single bed measuring 80 cm alongside a double bed measuring 160 cm. A second shower room with toilet serves this level, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
