Montelucci enjoys a secluded, elevated position atop a hill, offering unparalleled views of the surrounding countryside.
The property covers 10,000 square meters and is fenced, offering ample privacy and security. The well-manicured garden boasts an array of flowers and trees, as well as a large meadow. The expansive swimming pool, which measures 12 x 6 meters, is fenced and features a seasonal availability from May to October, with pool opening hours from 9 AM to 8 PM. Other outdoor amenities include an outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball court, patio, arbor, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue. Pool maintenance is provided by the owner/gardener. The villa also features a table football for indoor entertainment.

The 'Montelucci' villa is a spacious and tastefully furnished 9-room property, spanning over 300m2 across two levels. The ground floor boasts a dining room with an exit to the garden, 2 double bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the terrace and patio, and 2 showers/bidet/WC.
Moving upstairs, you'll find 5 additional bedrooms, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm), 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm) and an en-suite shower/bidet/WC, 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower/bidet/WC, and finally, 1 room with 1 double bed (170 cm) and a separate shower/WC. The upper level also features a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as another shower/bidet/WC.
The villa is decorated in a comfortable country house style and comes with 2 terraces, a porch, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and 14 deck chairs to enjoy the marvellous panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
The property also includes modern amenities such as a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and free WiFi. Additionally, guests are welcome to bring one pet/dog along for the stay.
