Alle Fornaci is a beautiful stone building that has a total of 15 separate units that is conveniently located in the centre of Latereto, Italy in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings" and only 22 km (14 mi) from Arezzo. Alle Fornaci, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool.
Mattacchione (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests.
Are you traveling with a family pet? You'll be happy to know pets are allowed, if you have a large dog or multiple pets, please inquire for permission prior to booking.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
