The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

A separate and extra event fee is required once the reservation has been confirmed to put in motion the necessary steps to finalize the organization of such an event.

A second deposit of 25% of the total rent amount is required 180 days before arrival.

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

All the payments must be made by wire transfer and are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation of the booking, regardless of the reason, due to the type of commitment required by Easy Reserve and the property owner in the organization of the event, there can be no refund permitted of any amounts paid up to that point, exception made for the event fee which will be refunded in full.

The refund of any other payment for event-related services that have not been collected by Easy Reserve will depend on the terms and conditions of the agreements between the customer and the third parties service providers.
