This vacation home is a 5-room semi-detached house with a total area of 180 m2 spread across 2 levels. The house boasts comfortable and tasteful furnishings that will make your stay an enjoyable one.
The ground floor comprises of a living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, which leads to the beautiful garden. There is also a large kitchen with a dining table, open-hearth fireplace, and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC and wood heating.
The upper floor comprises of 3 bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed (170 cm), while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom has a double bed (160 cm). There are also 2 showers/bidet/WC.
The vacation home also features a large patio that is partly roofed and a porch. Terrace furniture and deck chairs are provided for your relaxation. Other amenities include an iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, free). You can also request to taste typical Tuscan dishes that have been freshly prepared for an additional fee.
