Casa San Piero is a lovely stone building having a total of two independent units that is conveniently located in the centre of San Martino, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence. Casa San Piero, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, pool and WiFi internet.
Fienile (120sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on two levels and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
