The property is composed of 12 individual apartments: 2 two-room apartments situated on the ground floor and 10 studio apartments located on the first floor. Access to the first floor is provided via an external staircase for 5 of the apartments and through an internal staircase for the remaining 5.

On the ground floor, the 2 two-room apartments each include a living and dining area with a kitchen corner, a shower room with bidet and WC, air conditioning, and a satellite TV. Both ground floor units also benefit from a direct exit to the garden. On the first floor, the 10 studio apartments are each equipped with a kitchen corner, a shower room with bidet and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. 1 of the first floor apartments features a private exit to the terrace. Each of the 12 apartments is fitted with a hideaway kitchenette comprising 2 hot plates, a mini fridge, and an electric kettle. The terrace is furnished and offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
