You will be staying in a 3-room penthouse apartment that is 80 square meters and spans two levels on the 3rd floor. The spacious and bright unit features tasteful and romantic furnishings. On the 3rd upper floor, there is an open living/dining room with a dining table and kitchen corner. There is also one double bedroom on this level. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a TV (flat screen). Additionally, there is a shower, bidet, and WC on this level. Ascending to the top floor via a spiral staircase, you will find an open large double bedroom with a panoramic window and access to the terrace. The floors throughout the unit are made of natural stone.

Amenities Included
During your vacation, you will have access to a terrace and patio area with terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a box-room. The unit also comes equipped with an iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet is provided, and you will have a reserved parking spot for one car at the house.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
