The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, a toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and garden access. There is also a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a separate WC.
The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, features another living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and TV. Additionally, there are four bedrooms: two rooms with one bed (85 cm) each, one room with a French bed (160 cm), and one room with three beds (85 cm). This level also includes two bathrooms with baths, bidets, and WCs, as well as a shower room with a bidet and WC.
On the second upper floor, there is an open room with a double bed and access to a terrace. The floors throughout the villa are parquet, and the property offers panoramic views.
