On the same level, you'll find a large kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to the garden. There is also a bathroom on this floor. The upper level offers a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, providing direct access to the garden. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms, one with a bath/bidet/WC and air conditioning, and the other with a shower/bidet/WC.
