Residence Marino is a nice stone building with a total of ten private apartments that is conveniently located 1 km (3590 ft) from Carbonile, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 42 km (26 mi) from Florence. Residence Marino, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and pool.
Marino 8 (80sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to six people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
