The main villa spans three levels, beginning with floor minus 1, which features a living room with television and outdoor access, a practical laundry room, a double bedroom with direct access to the outside, a children's bunk beds bedroom suitable for younger guests only, and a shared bathroom with shower. The ground floor serves as the heart of the home, entering through the kitchen with outdoor access, flowing into an elegant dining room, then descending a few steps to a small bathroom and a welcoming sitting room with fireplace and outdoor access, while a few steps upward lead to a staircase landing also offering outdoor access. The first floor houses the private sleeping quarters, including a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, a staircase landing with outdoor access, and ascending a few steps further, the magnificent master bedroom complete with a luxurious bathroom offering both bathtub and shower, plus a spacious walk-in closet. The pool house provides additional independent accommodation on its ground floor, comprising a kitchen with outdoor access serving as the main entrance, a comfortable living room with fireplace and outdoor access, and 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms featuring showers and direct access to the outdoor areas.

Comprehensive maid service is provided between 10am and 1pm, 6 days per week excluding Sundays and public holidays, covering bedroom and bathroom cleaning plus kitchen tidying, with deeper cleaning provided weekly during extended stays. Full gardening and pool cleaning services maintain the pristine condition of the outdoor spaces. Bathroom towels are changed twice weekly, while linen and pool towels are changed weekly for stays of 2 consecutive weeks or more. Final cleaning is included at the conclusion of your stay. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome hamper containing Nespresso capsules and estate products, along with initial provisions of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil, and coffee capsules. Other Information

Check-in time is from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm, while check-out is required by 10.00 am. Late check-in after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, and check-in after midnight cannot be accommodated. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day and must be confirmed with the concierge office. A minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday is required, except for last-minute requests, while short stays and daily rates may be available in other seasons upon request. The welcoming service is provided for key collection and villa explanation, though multiple welcoming services for the same group cannot be granted. Concierge service is available from 9am to 7pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. A shuttle service to and from the estate restaurant is included for up to 8 people maximum for dinner upon prior reservation, though multiple round trips per villa are not available. Access to the villa requires traveling through the Antognolla Golf Course followed by 3 kilometers of white gravel road. Please note that while the roads are maintained in good condition, they are occasionally steep with loose stones typical of country roads, making them unsuitable for low-height cars or sport cars. It is strongly recommended that you arrange your own rental vehicle to travel inside and outside the estate, and it is preferable to explore the estate on foot or by bike. Only transfers arranged through the concierge team are permitted to access the estate. All extra services and activities including catering, cooking, and transfers can only be provided by or through the estate restaurant, and these services must be booked in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests. You benefit from a 15 percent discount on Antognolla Golf green fees and a 5 percent discount at the golf shop. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to local municipal regulations.
