Green Hills 13 is a lovely property that has a total of 13 separate apartments that is conveniently located 6 km (3 mi) from Lucca, Italy and only 20 km (12 mi) from Viareggio. Green Hills 13, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool.
Alfa 7 (35sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
