Please note that the property can be rented as the main body alone or as the main body combined with the dependance; when only the main villa is rented, the dependance remains closed. Guests benefit from a generous private yard that frames the entire estate with elegance and natural beauty, a private swimming pool available for use from April 15 until September 30, complimentary internet wifi throughout the property, and convenient private parking on site. On the ground floor, the first 5 double bedrooms are located, each with its own private bathroom with shower and direct access to the outdoor equipped areas. On the first floor, the remaining 7 double bedrooms are situated, all with ensuite bathrooms with shower and mosquito nets on the windows. The villa also features a recently built SPA, complete with a large hot tub, a massage room, and a Finnish sauna, the use of which is included in the rental price. The property is fully air conditioned, and this service is included in the rental price. Daily maid service is provided for 4 hours per day, and the final cleaning is included. Bed linen is changed mid-week, and towels are changed twice a week. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash; it will be returned upon departure, less any costs for damages or unpaid fees. The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10.00 am. Heating during winter is available as an additional expense and is charged according to consumption. City taxes, where applicable, are also charged as an additional expense.
