The expansive grounds of Tenuta Sagherina offer a truly immersive outdoor experience, where lawn areas and stone surfaces alternate harmoniously, dotted with fruit trees and flowering plants. In front of the French windows leading into the house, a large pergola draped with climbing wisteria has been set up as a charming al fresco dining area, creating the perfect setting for leisurely meals in the open air. Adjacent to the pergola stands an annex housing a large stone barbecue, ideal for outdoor cooking and entertaining. A dedicated lounge corner has been positioned in a panoramic area of the park, offering a perfect vantage point for admiring the sunset over the hills surrounding Cortona. The veranda, where a ping pong table is located, provides an additional recreational space that guests of all ages will enjoy.

The non-heated rectangular swimming pool is set in a splendid panoramic position at the back of the house, approximately 30 metres away, and can be reached via a short path. Measuring 8 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.20 metres, the pool is lined in clear PVC with a stone border and features salt-based purification, an internal spotlight, and a ladder for easy access to the water. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. In the surrounding sunbathing area, sunbeds and an umbrella are available for guests to enjoy.

Tenuta Sagherina comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors. Entering through the veranda, guests arrive at the main door and step into a welcoming living room that features a large sitting area with a fireplace and a separate dining area. The living room connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an adjoining pantry and laundry room, as well as a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

Ascending to the first floor, guests find a study and the main sleeping area. The sleeping quarters consist of 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds and 3 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the double bedrooms features a divisible bed, offering additional flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

Tenuta Sagherina welcomes pets, and guests travelling with animals should be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from the tourism tax, which applies to adults for the first 4 days of their stay.

The rental price includes utilities such as water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, and electricity, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning. The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
