The estate in which Casal Parro is situated extends across a total area of 6 hectares, while the fenced grounds immediately surrounding the house cover approximately 1.5 hectares, encompassing olive groves, walnut, fig, and cherry trees, a well-tended lawn, and an abundance of colourful roses that lend the property its signature charm. The westward-facing aspect of the estate rewards guests with a breathtaking panoramic view over the Val Tiberina. Directly accessible from the sitting room through elegant French windows, a wisteria-covered portico provides a fully equipped outdoor dining area where meals can be enjoyed in the open air surrounded by the natural beauty of the landscape. A short distance from the pool, a wooden pergola serves as a second inviting outdoor dining and relaxation space, complete with a portable barbecue, fridge, chairs, and a table, making it ideal for leisurely al fresco evenings. The non-heated swimming pool is a true centrepiece of the outdoor experience. Rectangular in shape and measuring 12 x 6 metres, it features a depth that varies from 1.20 to 2.50 metres and is lined in PVC with internal lighting and chlorine purification. Access to the water is facilitated by 3 submerged steps, and a charming small raised pool measuring 2 x 2 metres with a depth of 40 centimetres and a waterfall flowing into the main pool offers a unique space to relax while seated in the water. The pool is located approximately 10 metres from the house and is reached either down a short flight of 8 steps or across a stretch of lawn. The surrounding 60 square metre tile-paved area is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas, and a cold-water shower is available for guests' convenience. A guest bathroom is located just a few metres away. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

The main house is arranged over 2 floors connected internally. On the ground floor, the welcoming common area begins at the main entrance, which opens into a spacious living room featuring a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy sitting area complete with a fireplace and sofas. French windows provide direct access to the wisteria-covered portico and the outdoor dining area beyond. Also on the ground floor, accessed up 2 steps, is a bathroom with a bathtub and a double bedroom. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where a twin bedroom with joinable beds is accompanied by an ensuite bathroom with shower. The annex is situated on a single floor at a slightly elevated level relative to the main house and is reached across approximately 30 metres of lawn. Its entrance opens directly into a spectacular open-plan SPA area that also serves as the master bedroom suite. This extraordinary space houses a double bedroom alongside a Jacuzzi tub for 5 people that can be heated up to 37 degrees, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower, a kitchenette, a table, chairs, and a Smart TV. Conveniently located in the basement, accessible only from the outside, is a dedicated laundry room.
