On the first floor, a beautiful large terrace of 33 square metres opens from a French window and offers a panoramic view over the pool area, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a table, and an umbrella, making it an ideal setting for an apéritif at dusk. On the opposite side of the villa, a second panoramic terrace faces Mount Subasio and the town of Spello, offering yet another perspective over the surrounding countryside. A further very large terrace on the ground floor is accessible through French windows near the staircase. The magnificent non-heated infinity pool, reserved for the exclusive use of guests, is positioned approximately 10 metres from the villa on the same level, in a secluded setting overlooking the expanses of olive groves. The pool measures 10 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres and is lined in PVC with a travertine border. It features chlorine purification, internal and external lighting, and 6 submerged steps for water access. The surrounding sunbathing area, finished in travertine and lawn, is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, and umbrellas. The swimming pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The 3 bathrooms on the first floor are all equipped with chromotherapy lighting. In the nearby annex, an additional bathroom with a chromotherapy shower and a service bathroom accessible from the outside complete the property's facilities.
