Lush lawns and a rich variety of trees, including pines, olives, and firs, create numerous shaded spots from which to admire the sweeping panorama over the crags of Volterra and the surrounding hills. The property is further adorned with luxuriant creepers and a colourful variety of flowers such as roses and daisies, while aromatic plants including rosemary and laurel add a distinctly Tuscan sensory dimension to the outdoor experience. The ground-floor bedroom enjoys direct access to the garden, and the main entrance area features a French window beautifully framed by flowering jasmine. On the first floor, the family suite opens onto a small raised terrace in the garden, where a brick-built barbecue invites al fresco cooking. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden, including flower blossoming and the colour of the grass, may differ at the time of your arrival.

The non-heated rectangular infinity pool, measuring 13 x 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.50 metres, is positioned behind the property in front of the veranda, set on a terrace below the level of the house and accessible via a path and a few stone steps. Lined in sand-coloured granite, the pool features submerged steps for easy water access, internal lighting, and a chlorine purification system. The surrounding sunbathing area is thoughtfully arranged with sofas, umbrellas, and sunbeds, and a cold-water shower is also available. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

An internal staircase from the sitting room leads to the first floor, where 2 double bedrooms are located, each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The first floor also features a family suite comprising a double bedroom, a separate room with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, a television, and access to a small raised terrace in the external garden. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have private bathrooms, while the sleeping areas feature an elegant floor in light porcelain stoneware with terracotta and pietra serena finishes.
