Traditional architectural elements such as ancient stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings, and terracotta and parquet floors coexist harmoniously with contemporary furnishings in a refined rustic style. The villa extends across approximately 90 square meters spread over 2 floors, offering an intimate and elegant retreat. Guests will enjoy the generous private yard of approximately 3,500 square meters, which surrounds the property and provides a lush, tranquil setting. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the stay, ensuring guests remain connected whenever needed. 2 uncovered parking spaces are accessible via a gravel driveway that opens from the main gate, offering convenient and secure vehicle accommodation directly on the property.

Immediately adjacent to the villa, a generous porch serves as an outdoor living room, furnished with a dining table, chairs, sofas, armchairs, and a fixed barbecue, making it an ideal space for alfresco dining and relaxed gatherings. A separate pedestrian gate located near the entrance of the house provides independent access to the garden area. The non-heated pool is positioned just 3 meters from the villa, on the same level as the garden, and is rectangular in shape, measuring 12 x 6 meters with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 meters. It features a PVC lining with a travertine edge, is accessible via a metal ladder, and is equipped with a chlorine purification system and internal lighting with spotlights. The surrounding solarium area is paved in terracotta and furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs, an umbrella, and a cold water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It is worth noting that photo shoots of the property are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may vary from those depicted when you arrive at the villa.
