In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

You are in the middle of nature and with a 5 minute drive you are in the village for coffee, groceries at the Coop, ice cream, restaurant. view at the house is beautiful! pool is nice and tidy. the owner Charlotta is fantastic! very helpful where needed. each cottage has its own terrace and you can use a washing machine. the location is perfect for trips to various villages and cities. it is highly recommended!
