The property was excellent, with a great vibe and nice and remote for a true vacation experience. Stefano was a wonderful host. My only regret is that I didn't build in more time to spend on property relaxing. I will definitely be back!

Villa Fabbroni was our last stop in Italy and what a way to end our holiday. A big thank you to Stefano & Sergio the owners of the Villa. They were most helpful and quite generous with their time. I wish there was a rating even higher than excellent to give! Villa Fabroni was beautiful, the owners were the best, and the countryside was spectacular. If you go, be sure to schedule some dinners at the castle itself. The owner is a great cook and even gives cooking lessons! The cooking lesson was the highlight of our trip and the best food we had. You can also make day trips to Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano, Lucca and Cinque Terre. Te furthest is only a 3 hour drive away!

If you are searching for a place to stay, stop. Villa Fabbroni is a wonderful place to stay and Sergio and Steffano are wonderful hosts. This is our favorite place to stay in Italy and we will stay there again. The accommodations were great, the view was beautiful and the food and cooking class is excellent. You will not be disappointed. Can't wait to go back. The villa is fantastic.

We stayed in Loggia for ten days in mid-March and were delighted with the property, the food, the cooking class and especially the warmth and support of the two hosts. They advised us on sightseeing options, supplied internet support, brought us fresh bread every morning and firewood every evening. Their availability, resourcefulness and graciousness transcended any that we have experienced in other lodgings.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Villa Fabbroni. We rented the Loggia and we had so much space for the 5 of us. All the rooms were very large including the bathrooms. We loved the antique furniture as well . Every evening we enjoyed a beautiful fire with the antique fireplace.
Sergio and Stefano were great hosts not forgetting about their great doggie Oscar.Sergio is a great cook preparing a beautiful meal on the Sat. evening with little notice.
The two negatives are the property is quite remote at the end of a bumpy hilly road and get specific directions to the Villa . It is a little hard to find initially. However with the GPS there shouldn't be any problem . The location is really only about 30 minutes from Florence so we drove into Florence three times in the week.A beautiful setting indeed.R. Our stay at Villa Fabbroni was one of the best vacations ever taken! The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is run by one of Tuscany's best chefs (Sergio) and the food is made with love, from fresh local ingredients. The grounds are very nice with plenty of solitude. Hiking trails abound. The hosts, Stefano and Sergio are some of the nicest and most accommodating innkeepers we've ever encountered. We highly recommend the Tuscan cooking class with Sergio and Stefano; it is not to be missed!

We had a wonderful time in La Loggia at Villa Fabbroni. You must eat in the restaurant - amazing food served by Stefano and Sergio who were excellent hosts throughout the week, and always ready to give helpful advice. The villa is high in the hills and a great base from which to explore Tuscany with easy access to Florence and a comfortable drive to Sienna. It was very safe and our teenage children enjoyed staying at the villa and the pool by themselves on some of the days that we spent visiting local markets and towns. What a wonderful week spent with friends who booked two of the other appartments in the Villa. The Villa is tucked away on the side of a hill in Northeastern Tuscany. The appartments where clean and bright and beautifully and comfortably decorated. Stefano and Sergio were superb hosts. We dined there twice and the food was delicious, creative and inexpensive.

We have just come back from Villa Fabbroni and had a fabulous time. We stayed in La Loggia which was perfect for the six of us, lots of space and superbly well-equipped. Sergio and Steffano have made the Villa beautiful and were the perfect hosts. We especially enjoyed the nights we ate in the restaurant and reccommend it highly. My children enjoyed making friends with the other children there and are still talking about Raoul! It's the perfect location for visiting Florence and the surrounding Chianti countryside. My only reservation would be that the drive there could be quite scary if you are not the most confident driver, but well worth it in the end.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
This Villa is a must the food the owners were all amazing. My husband and I took cooking classes. We are actually making fresh pasta this weekend thanks to the chefs from the Villa. Wonderful week there. Again the food every night was amazing. (I ate Vegetarian) EVery night something spectular was on our plate.

All I can say is what a wonderful place! Sergio and Stefano were excellent hosts in every way. The villa is absolutely stunning and the views truly take the stress of everyday life away. Definitely make a point to eat in their restaurant and have their pizza. Both are to die for. My wife is a chef and she was extremely impressed. We will definitely be returning! Thanks again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Fabbroni! The property is beautiful and Stefano and Sergio were so warm, welcoming and helpful. It could not have been a better stay and we highly recommend this property. The only thing we would share is that you are a bit of a drive from other towns and sights. If you are prepared for that - and have an opportunity to enjoy just staying "home" to enjoyo the villa - you will be very happy. Oh - we must say that the best meal we had in Italy was our dinner at Villa Fabbroni!

what a wonderful 8 days! 8 new jersey girls on holiday in tuscany! sergio and stefano were the most amazing hosts and went out of their way to make our stay magical. the meals they prepared were truly delightful. wish we could return year after year.

I personally liked the location at the top of the mountain. The views were breathtaking. The restaurant served a good variety and it was all freshly prepared. The location is centrally located relative to the sites to visit.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Fabbroni. It was lovely and the pool was very cool looking over the mountains in between olive trees. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Our hosts were welcoming and very informative about Tuscany. The meals we ate at the villa were delicious and I recommend the Tuesday Night pizza. The villa is a great place for families and we hope to return there in the future.

This is a gem off the beaten track yet Firenze is within easy distance, the best food we had on holiday and great hosts. Excellent value. A pool with stunning views!
