It had a small, well presented outside space/garden which had the most fantastic view over the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside. The owner was very helpful, welcoming and speaks very good English. The only negative point we would raise is that the particular apartment we rented (No 3) was very noisy as it adjoined the main entrance for the upper apartments and sounds echoed in the stairway.
