The villa Casale Lorenzo with its beautiful fenced park, the large private swimming pool (size 15 x 8 m - depth 1,00 - 2,40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) with changing room, bathroom with shower and equipped solarium, the relaxing Jacuzzi (Extra payment required) offers wide space for everyone to enjoy an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. You won't be able to give up a dip in the pool, a barbecue on the cool furnished porch or an afternoon in the Jacuzzi with a good glass of wine. Also your small size four-legged friends are welcome here (extra charge could be required).
3 km away from the villa is the small village of Subbiano, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely not to be missed, on hot summer days, is a trip to the nearby Park of the Casentino Forests, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.
The villa Casale Lorenzo is luxuriously equipped with air-conditioning, a billiard room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and an indoor barbecue. A décor composed of local antiques offers countless nooks and crannies for you to relax while reading your favourite book. For you and your children, there is an infinite, safe green space and a billiard table where you can play tournaments and games.
An extra touch comes from the extremely cordial welcome of Massimo and Nadia, the owners, who are always attentive to make you feel welcome and at home.
Interior Description
Villa set on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: coming down two steps we find, living-dining room with fireplace and sofas, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with washbasin, bidet and wc, small laundry room. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal stone staircase we find a living room with sofa, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
ANNEX: large living room with billiard table and fireplace, bathroom with shower.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Ein Traum eines Hauses, mitten in der Toskana. Wunderschön, sehr großzügig, komplett ausgestattet. Ein Donnerstag zum Träumen. Es gab aber auch nicht zu kritisieren. Wir waren mit sieben Personen zwei Wochen in diesem Haus und waren alle begeistert. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten, wunderschöne Bäder. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Und wie gesagt selbst im Regen (wir hatten leider zwei Tage Regen) war äußerst bequem und luxuriös. Wir werden wiederkommen und bedanken uns bei dem sehr freundlichen Hausherren mit seiner äußerst sympathischen Frau?

Casale Lorenzo is a beautiful place to stay. Excellent facilities. Very clean and very comfortable. A quiet location...the only downside was there are quite a few wasps. We had an amazing time and may well book again.
