This recently renovated and very welcoming holiday house, Casa Casti, is situated on one of the many hills of the Valdichiana, a few kilometres from the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona. It is a typical early-20th century Tuscan home and special attention has been paid to its decoration. Around the building there are the owner's orchards and olive trees from where you can see field after field of sunflowers, wheat, grapevines and where you will also find a 7 x 12.5m swimming pool (depth 1,20-2,00m) along with a 2.5 x 5m wading pool. The spacious grounds have a gazebo, barbecue, pergola with tables, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. The location is very central with easy access to the most important cities of central Italy: Perugia, Siena, Firenze and Arezzo. Close by, there are also small gems to visit such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi and Gubbio.

GROUND FLOOR: large sitting room (100 sm) looking out onto the swimming pool and the olive grove, with a typical Tuscan fireplace, terracotta floors and wood beam ceilings, kitchen facilities, bathroom with whirlpool shower. FIRST FLOOR: three double bedrooms, twin bedroom, twin bedroom with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bathtub, double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, walkthrough sitting room. Possibility to add a single bed in one of the bedrooms.
