The family that owned the villa were very friendly, accomodating, and helpful with our day-to-day plans. I HIGHLY recommend taking the cooking class that they offer, it was a blast! Girasole was large, clean, and had a spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside. I only wish that we had come a weekend later when the pool opened.
