Not only are they LOVELY, but they treated us like friends from day 1, they checked on us every day to make sure everything was alright and to make sure the property was in optimum condition. They also welcomed heartedly our Labrador puppy. We were hoping for a place where dogs were tolerated and we found one where they are loved! Now, the property and amenities are perfect: great deco, quality furniture and excellently fitted apartment (recently refurbished). The bed was very comfortable and spacious and the overall living area cosy and welcoming. We literally felt like we could live there for any length of time. The shared garden and swimming pool area is a Zen dream come true; our goal was to chillout (letting go of the cumulated stress of the last 6 month) enjoying the tuscan weather, food and wine...
