The outside areas are spacious and offer a nice pool with solarium. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Distances: Levane with general stores 3 km away, Montevarchi with railway station (trains for Florence and Arezzo) 6 km, Arezzo 45 km away, Siena 50 km, Florence 65 km away, the lovely town of Cortona 80 km, Volterra 90 km away, Perugia 120 km. away. Within a few kilometers there are nice outlets where it is possible to buy well-known Italian brands such as Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Ferragamo..
