Property La Gigia is a beautiful property (200 sq m) that includes private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to eight guests comfortably in four bedrooms with five bathrooms. La Gigia is located 10 km (6 mi) from Pietrasanta, Italy and only 12 km (8 mi) from Forte Dei Marmi. The Tuscan coast offers you and your guests a unique experience with many activities such as boating, scuba diving, beaches and beautiful sunsets and it's all nearby (12 km 7 mi). In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 14 km (8 mi) from the property where you can purchase your groceries and personal items.

Your Experience
This wonderful property consists of a main house for 6 and a guesthouse for 2 people. Those in between the taste for seaside and countryside will find their ideal place in this lovely house, located in a very quiet position on a hillside on the Versilian coast. The location is particularly convenient, as it is at walking distance from the village of Capezzano Monte with shops and a restaurant and only 6 km away from Pietrasanta. The views from the whole property on the sea are spectacular and stretch from Elba Island to the Cinque Terre. The high position above the sea and the near forest always guarantee a pleasant breeze even in the hottest summer days. An inviting sun terrace (35 sq meters) will delight those looking for bright sun and blue sky, while the back porch and the covered front terrace (45 sq meters, with sliding doors on all sides and two air-conditioners), are perfect for al fresco eating or for resting moments. To complement the outdoor life is an area with barbecue and pizza oven, also dominating outstanding views over the sea.
